NUKRA "Twin Koi" Heavyweight Oversized Tee – Off-White / Natural Ecru
The Concept & Design Eastern symbolism grounded in raw street grit. Dipped in an understated off-white canvas, the chest centers on a circular harmony of twin Japanese koi fish swimming in tandem, accented by vivid crimson and ink-black markings. The design is anchored by oversized, distressed stencil-style NUKRA typography cut through the center. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unwashed: The garment must be in its original, unworn condition (e.g., Heavyweight tees must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, or odors).
- Tags Attached: All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached to the garment.
- Original Packaging: Items like structured cargo pants must be returned in their original Nukra packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Simply initiate a return or exchange from the Order section, or contact our support team at support@nukra.co.in with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the exact same item. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return initiation steps above and specify the new size requested. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
